Regular cleaning of the tap system is important to prevent the beer from becoming contaminated with germs.

The type of cleaning depends on how dirty the tap system is. A distinction is made between: 

  • dry cleaning (cleaning products from “normal” to “intensive”)
  • mechanical cleaning using cleaning sponges
