  • General

    • To ensure smooth delivery of your ordered items, we ship via DHL. Bulky items weighing more than 31 kg are excluded; these are delivered by a freight forwarder.
    • Shipping to packing stations is generally possible.
    • Business customers from the EU will receive their order at net prices after entering their VAT identification number.
    • If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
    • If you choose to pick up your order yourself, we will inform you by email about the availability of the goods and pickup options. There are no shipping costs.
