Under counter cooler/wet cooler

The wet cooler first cools down a buffer liquid, usually water, which is located in the cooling housing. The beer passes through the liquid in pipes and thus exchanges the temperature. I think these are under counter coolers.

As the name suggests, under-counter coolers are installed out of sight. This can be located below the counter, in the next room or in the basement. Typical applications are the catering industry or the well-equipped “party room”, in any case in combination with a bar.
