Which pressure reducer and CO2 cylinder are needed?
You need a standard CO2 cylinder and a suitable CO2 pressure reducer for beverage dispensing systems (3 to 4 bar working pressure is ideal). The connection to the carbonator is easy via the integrated 5/16" (8 mm) John Guest quick connector.
Does the warm carbonator also work without a cooler?
Yes. The carbonator carbonates water at room temperature (hence the name "warm carbonator"). If you want to serve chilled soda water to your guests, simply add an optional dry or wet cooler downstream.
How is the device connected to the water line?
The water inlet is via a 3/8" John Guest connection. For consistently high water quality and to protect the device from limescale, a suitable water filter with a pressure reducer in the supply line is recommended.
