The device is ideal for all non-alcoholic and alcoholic hot beverages such as mulled wine, children's punch, grog, Jägertee, mulled cider, hot chocolate or tea. Thanks to the 2-line design, you can offer two different beverages simultaneously.
2. What power connection is required for operation?
Due to the high heating power of 9,000 watts, the system requires a three-phase power connection (400 V / 50 Hz).
3. How long does it take to heat up?
The dispenser is extremely quick to get ready: After approx. 5 minutes, the heating blocks reach the operating temperature and you can start dispensing.
4. How do you clean the device?
Cleaning takes just a few minutes. The delivery includes 5 OTHG fit PROFI cleaning sachets. Rinsing the hoses and lines with the cleaning solution keeps the device hygienically clean and taste-neutral.
5. Do I need additional gas (e.g. CO2) for operation?
No, the Vulcano II EP features an integrated electric pump, which automatically draws the beverage from the canister or container. You do not need any additional gas.
