Speidel uses only undyed, food-safe PE plastic for its fermentation tanks. The extra-thick walls not only ensure stability, but also preserve the aroma. The large opening allows for thorough cleaning, which is very easy anyway thanks to the extra-smooth inner walls and well-thought-out curves.
