Choose the appropriate variant for your system. The imperial fluidFIT® components are kept in classic gray for easy identification:

• 5/16" (approx. 8.0 mm) on both sides: Ideal for CO2 lines and smaller fluid lines in gastronomy.

• 3/8" (approx. 9.5 mm) on both sides: The standard diameter for water filters, osmosis systems, and beverage lines.

• 1/2" (approx. 12.7 mm) on both sides: Perfect for higher flow rates and main supply lines.

Installation Instructions in 4 Steps

1. Prepare the hose: Cut the hose perfectly straight with a sharp hose cutter (do not use scissors to avoid deformation).

2. Mount the bulkhead fitting: Insert the connector through the housing bore and secure it hand-tight on the back with the supplied hex nut.

3. Insert the hose: Push the hose firmly beyond the first resistance (the seal) until it stops.

4. Check the fit: Briefly pull on the hose to test the locking mechanism. The system is immediately ready for use!

Tip for maximum safety: Secure the push-fit connection in vibrating systems or inaccessible installations additionally with our optionally available fluidFIT® locking clips (safety rings).
