Lindr dispensing system assembly

Installing a Lindr dispensing system requires careful planning and precise procedures to ensure optimal operation. This step-by-step guide provides a detailed description of the installation process.

First, it's important to select a suitable location for the dispensing system. The location should be well-ventilated and offer sufficient space for the system and the necessary connections. The work surface should be stable and level to ensure the dispensing system's stability.

After selecting a location, the dispensing system is removed from the packaging and set up. All parts should be checked for completeness and damage. Any missing or damaged parts must be replaced before assembly.

Next, the CO2 cylinder is connected to the pressure reducer. The pressure reducer is then screwed tightly onto the CO2 cylinder and connected to the CO2 hose. The hose should be connected securely and tightly to prevent leaks. The CO2 hose is then connected to the beer keg.

The beer lines are now connected to the dispensing system. This involves routing the lines from the beer source (keg) to the dispensing unit. It is important that the lines are routed securely and without kinks to ensure an unobstructed flow of beer. The connections should be tight and tight to prevent leaks.

The taps are installed next. They are screwed onto the corresponding connections of the dispensing system and also checked for leaks. The drip tray is then installed under the taps to catch any overflow or drips.

After the mechanical assembly, commissioning takes place. First, the CO2 cylinder is slowly opened to build pressure in the system. The pressure reducer is set to the recommended operating pressure. Then, the beer keg is tapped and the beer line is filled. It is recommended to discard the first beer tapped to remove any residue from the lines.

Finally, the dispensing system is tested for proper functioning. The beer flow should be smooth and uninterrupted. Any leaks must be repaired immediately. After successful installation and commissioning, the dispensing system is ready for use.

Careful installation of the Lindr dispensing system not only ensures optimal beer enjoyment, but also guarantees the longevity and reliability of the system. Regular maintenance and cleaning are also necessary to maintain the quality and functionality of the system.
